What is the Tavistock Cup dress code?

In the spirit of Tavistock Cup competition, we have created an official dress code for the tournament; spectators are encouraged to wear either ALBANY PINK to show their support for TEAM ALBANY, ISLEWORTH RED to show their support for TEAM ISLEWORTH, LAKE NONA BLUE to show their support for TEAM LAKE NONA or QUEENWOOD GREEN to show their support for TEAM QUEENWOOD.

Where can I buy tickets?

We are sorry, but tickets are not available to the general public. Only tournament sponsors, invited guests and members of Albany, Isleworth, Lake Nona and Queenwood have the opportunity to attend this event.

If I can't get tickets to the tournament, how should I watch it?

The Tavistock Cup will be broadcast on Golf Channel in the US and Sky Sports in the UK. Times will be announced in March.

Tavistock Cup merchandise is only available to spectators at the tournament. Members of the clubs should contact their respective pro shop for more information.

What time does the tournament start?

Play is scheduled to begin at 10:50 a.m. on both days.

What playing format does the Tavistock Cup use?

Round 1 - Each team will count three 18-hole better ball scores.  The team with the lowest cumulative score will be leading after Round 1.  Round 2 - Each team will count six 18-hole individual scores.  The team with the lowest score in relation to par at the end of both rounds will be crowned World Golf & Country Club Champion.

Where should I park?

When you receive your credentials you will also receive a parking credential. Please look on the back of the parking credential and follow the directions to the indicated lot. All spectators will be provided with complimentary shuttle service to the Clubhouse.

Once I am at the tournament, what is the best way to follow the action?

Make sure you check online (www.tavistockcup.com) on Sunday before the tournament to find your favorite players' tee times. You can either follow them for all 18 holes or wait for the groups to play through on specific holes.

Can I bring a camera or cell phone?

Any device that can send/receive data will be permitted at the Tavistock Cup.  Devices must be on silent at all times.  Calls may not be answered or placed while on course.  Guests should use common courtesy when answering or placing calls.  Data use will be permitted in all areas.  Devices can not be used when a player is in position to compete..

What happens if it rains?

Please keep an eye on scoreboards located throughout the golf course for updates on weather conditions. If bad weather occurs, the scoreboard or a volunteer will assist you with finding the nearest shelter.

Can I ask a player for an autograph?

Please refrain from asking any players for autographs during play. Some players choose to sign autographs after they sign their scorecard by the scorers' tent. Please give the professionals the same courtesy they receive at any other PGA Tour event.

All players must be a member at of one of the competing country clubs. The teams are then determined by World Golf Rankings and committee selections.
